  • Rippers Lacrosse Owner

    Jenna Szyluk - CEO & Girls Director

    Jenna Szyluk grew up in a lacrosse dynast in Massachusetts where she lead her high school team to 3 undefeated state championships and in her senior year the team ranked #2 in the country.

    Jenna continued her career at Syracuse University where she lead the team to several NCAA tournament appearances and earned a Regional All-American along with tryouts with the USA National Team.

    While at Syracuse University she also led the Women’s soccer team to several NCAA appearances and ended her senior season as MVP.

    Jenna continued her soccer career after college playing for the Everton Ladies in the UK, made appearances with the then WUSA Washington Freedom and played two seasons for the semi-professional team Virginia Beach Piranhas. She ended her career with an undefeated National Championship with the Piranhas.

    Prior to moving to Oregon Jenna was VP of Real Estate with Aion Management. There she was responsible for 12 properties that made up over 20,000 multifamily units from CT to DC.

  • Tarin Storm - Club Director

    Coach Tarin Storm is a proven program builder and leader with a track record of developing both players and successful lacrosse organizations.

    Since 2019, he has coached athletes from youth beginners to national-level club teams, helping players reach their goal of playing in college while supporting families through the development and recruiting journey.

    As owner of Thump Lacrosse and the Sisters Annual Lacrosse Invitational (SALI), Tarin has created competitive programs, clear pathways, and playing opportunities for hundreds of Oregon lacrosse players.

    His leadership will provide Rippers athletes with the coaching, structure, and exposure needed to thrive at the next level.

  • Sean Flounlacker - Director of Operations

    Coach Sean Flounlacker brings both high level coaching and playing experience to the Rippers, and he is a proven developer of talent. In addition to being a JUCO All-American at Anne Arundel Community College, his experience includes:

  • Bethy Spizzo

    Bethy Spizzo brings a wealth of on-field experience and a strong commitment to developing young athletes to her role as a lacrosse coach. A standout defender at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Bethy played four seasons with the Engineers’ women’s lacrosse program as a 3 year starter and leader in the defensive end. During her collegiate career she was known for her physical presence, constant communicator, and ability to cause turnovers and secure ground balls, helping anchor RPI’s defense while balancing the rigors of a Civil Engineering curriculum. 

    Prior to her collegiate success, Bethy was a two-year starter at Immaculate Heart Academy in Mahwah, NJ, earning All-Group honors and playing an important role in the team's multiple sectional championship wins.

    Off the field, Bethy has been passionately involved in coaching and sharing her passion for lacrosse since 2017. She has volunteered coaching youth lacrosse for her town since the age of 14. Bethy also coached club lacrosse with Metro Magic Lacrosse, Mad Dog Lacrosse, and Albany Power Lacrosse for various seasons from 2021 until her recent move out to Portland to start her structural engineering career at KPFF. Bethy’s coaching philosophy emphasizes consistent communication, strong fundamentals, competitive spirit, and building confident players.
