ACCURACY TEST

• Set up 3 Targets across the top of the cage.

• Line up cones and balls 8 yards away from the goal

• Set a timer for 32 seconds

• Try to hit as many targets as you can

• Have someone video record you

• Submit

Targets will be set up at the Lacrosse Hub everyday
